I have booked my truck entry online - what is my booking reference?
On completion of the booking process you should have received a Wessex Truck Show Order Confirmation e-mail. Your entry reference will be detailed against the truck entry on this e-mail. It consists of the entry number following by a check code, e.g. if the reference is 321-XYZ then your entry number is 321.
Your sales reference is the 7 digit number begining WTS100xxxx.
When will I receive my eTickets?
If you ordered eTickets BEFORE 3pm on Sunday 4th June 2017 then they will have been e-mailed to you on the 4th June.
If you ordered eTickets AFTER 3pm on Sunday 4th June 2017 then they will be / will have been e-mailed to you within 30 minutes of placing your order.
If you do not receive them please check your spam/junk box - if you still cannot find them please e-mail email@example.com quoting your original sales reference (this is the 7 digit number 100xxxx).
Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book as this will decrease the chance of our e-mails being identified as spam.
I have paid online but have not received a confirmation e-mail - what do I do?
On completion of purchase you should receive two e-mails - one from us confirming your order and one from PayPal confirming your payment. If either one is missing please check your spam box. Both contain your unique sales reference. Please add email@example.com to your address book as this will decrease the chance of our e-mails being identified as spam.
